can at their sole discretion terminate membership without notice for any

Violation Of This Agreement:
If
ResaleRightsOnly.com finds that the user/member has violated
this agreement, committed fraud or other illegal activity, the
user/member will be banned from our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of KY in the United States and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of KY in the United States.
